When does the program begin? 
The first 2025 cohort will launch in February and will span 12 full months. We may not offer this program again in 2025. 

When are live sessions going to be held? 
Live sessions will be held on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays each month from 8:00-10:00am MT/2:00-4:00pm UTC, starting in February 2025. The first session each month introduces a key concept paired with a facilitated thought-provoking peer experience. The second session centers on directly applying the content to through practical application and group coaching. 

How much time does this program take?
Plan to dedicate an average of 9 hours each month for live sessions, on-demand lessons, and workbook exercises. We recommend setting aside additional time to experiment with how you can best apply your learning in your team and periodically meet 1:1 with other cohort members. In any learning experience, you get what you put into it, and this is even more true in a peer group experience where you also impact the experience of every other cohort member.

What if I have to miss a session?
All live sessions are recorded and available in Mighty Networks.

How do I apply?
To apply, fill out the registration form below and decide if you want to add on individualized coaching with a certified coach to enhance your ability to apply your learning in your team. 

Are payment plans available?
Yes! There is a subscription option below that allows you to pay each month through the duration of the program.

What happens after I complete my registration form?
Once your registration is complete, you'll be prompted to set up your profile in Mighty Networks and answer a few screening questions. Upon approval, you'll be accepted into the program and will immediately have access to your on-demand learning journey, which you can begin at any time. As the program launch date approaches, you'll receive additional details to prepare you for all that's ahead.
